Good or bad algae???

This algae came in with a zoa frag and it seems that it's growing pretty fast. My tangs and fox face don't seam to ever munch on it and I don't want it to spread in the tank.

1. What is it?
2. Is it good or bad?
3. If it's bad, what's the best way to get rid of it?

It gets a little day light but no direct sunlight

it is definitely bryopsis and not hair algae.
