Good or bad?

I've been trying to figure out what this is growing at the base of the chalice coral.It leathery to the touch and has definitely grown in size.
Hard to get a real good picture.

It is a type of encrusting sponge, I have seen it before. I don't know if it is harmful but it does grow very fast. I would probably remove it

I have same sponge and it came with one of the sps colony i bougth and Its growing pretty good. I have decided to keep it because of the color and the way it looks.....I will try to post some pictures of it..
