Green algae haze

I haven't put the carbon in yet and I'm thinking it just might be time even though my parameters are all in line. I'm getting a green haze on glass so fast that I've never seen it come back this quickly before. Takes about a day for it to start building up. Could it be that the actinics are producing it since it's on from noon till almost midnite? My halides are only on for 5 hours though.
The fuge is lit for 8 hours after blackout. Usually it takes at least a week to have that kind of build up. Just wonder what accelerating the process and how I can slow it down. Not in to cleaning my glass so often.

But it's only January! I'm guessing my actinics are on too long all week long. Time to crank them back to 6 hours instead of 11 hours. See if that helps.

My tests showed it was the actincs that created the algae on the glass. They were on for 11 hours and had the halides on for 5 hours.
Cut the actinic to one hour before halide to 30 minutes after halides go off. The green algae haze on the windows aren't coming back. Also cut back the lighting in the fuge to 6 hours during the night. I may put them back to 12 hours at night and see if that does anything abrupt.
