was wondering if anyone has done something like this. i got an offer for a free 75g tank, but i only have one MH light and dont have money for another yet.
i would put all the coral under the light and have the rest of the tank as swimming space.
if anyone has a pic of somthing like that lemme see a pic

i had done that once long ago. i wanted to keep lps n sps on one side and softies on the other. the softies over grew the tank n i had to upgrade.

sounds good. i've seen it done before. you could have kind of like a sheer drop, like the edge of the great barrier reef. but i wonder if your fish would just stay on the rock side of the tank?
