Hamilton HQI 250w Ballast

I'm currently looking for a used Hamilton Technology HQI 250w Ballast. Have 3 of them but one of them stopped working; I think the capacitor went bad (anyone know where I can purchase it locally?). Ballast looks exactly like the pic below. Please let me know. Thanks!

Finished taking out the capacitor out of one of the two working ballast I have and still nothing. So, at this point I think the ballast is done.
