Hey all! It's been a while since I've had a tank up and running. Mine crashed a few years ago when a return pump malfunctioned. I've since had a child and launched a business, and as a result I don't really have the time or money to run a tank of my own.
But I miss the hobby terribly, and would love to help someone work on their tank this weekend, pro bono!
I live in Park Slope Brooklyn. If anyone's in the area (or within 45 minutes by train) and needs a hand with any tank related activities, I'm your man. Routine maintenance, moving heavy stuff, setting something up, breaking something down, killing aptasia, scrubbing algae, help setting up controllers, lights, or other equipment. I haven't tested it in a long time, but I do own a PAR meter. Whatever it is, happy to help.
If anyone's interested let me know. I have pictures with Santa scheduled on Sunday at noon, but otherwise I'm free.
