Hate Ecotech for no reason

I don't really hate them, its just that they seem to upgrade all the time PLUS people swear they grow these huge colonies with their Gen 3's but the Gen 3's haven't been out more than 2 years so how do you have these huge 8" diam Tort colonies from a 1" frag?

I hate LED all together IMO the worst thing to ever happen to this hobby. Of course most would disagree but I grow 1" frags to 8" colonies in a year.

LOL, I started a thread about wild sepsis other, and I think the same should be said about T5 to LED systems and vice versa because I purchased a brown Shortcake earlier last year and under my T5's it turned red and green after like 2 months. I wonder if other people had similar experiences switching between corals that've been established under the 3 main types of lighting (4 if we include sunlight, but that goes back to wild collected)

I don't know or understand this. if leds are so great (except for power savings) why are so many people switching back or adding t5s to there systems.

I went from ecotech G3Pro radions to 400 Watt 20K Radiums and i wont go back to leds except for supplemental light dawn dusk radiant luminescent effects. No regrets here even with the higher electric bill and chillers. The leds cost me more in burnt or bleached corals then the electric bill would have.

I'm getting ready to redo my system and will be switching to T5's from LEDs. I was thinking of MH but don't have the room for a chiller.
