Having a problem with a vendor

I placed an order for 150.00 worth of fish with one of the vendors on this site on 12/29/2012 and still have not recieved my order. I got 3 emails with 3 different tracking numbers on 3 different days and each time the package was never sent to ups and there was no communication from the vendor. Ive called them a number of times and was told by the person on the phone that they had no info for me except that they will try to get it out asap. Ive sent a number of pm's to them and made a paypal claim asking if my fish were in stock or not and when they could fill my order and I havent gotten anything back yet.

MR does not get involved in disputes with sales. You have taken the necessary steps to correct this with the vendor and with paypal. Future communication with the vendor should be via PM. Thank you for understanding.
