Help: connection for RODI & Booster

I recently purchased Aquatic Life Buddie Booster and having difficulties figuring out how to make the connections. I have a 5 stage Rodi system with three ports left open and don't know where they should be connected to the booster.

On the RODI system
One port from stage 3 is open and both from stage 5.

On the booster I have the yellow top one left.

Not sure if I should connect the three ports I have open and connect it to the top yellow.

If anyone has any knowledge what I should please let me know.

Go out from Stage 3 into the top yellow connector on booster.
Out bottom yellow connector into membrane.

Go out from DI into top blue connector on booster.
Out bottom blue connector into whatever you are filling.

Red is for your drain tube.

There are still two ports left open the way you explained. One on the membrane and one on DI. The membrane has three ports and di has two.

Am I missing something ?
