Help improve my IM lagoon 25/overhaul

Hey guys long time no speak!
so i got my lagoon tank running since May, and i think its time i actually make some improvemtns as i suddenly have a sort of ugly brown algea like seaweed bloom :/

tank details:
so its a IM Lagoon 25... running nothing at all besides the reutn pump and a heater, and a AI Prime and a mp10

yea theres no media, no skimmer no nothing lol.

only reason i never bought them was because i did my weekly water changes and it ran good for the most. i went to mexico for 2 weeks and came back to this bloom... so yea its time i get some equipment...

wanna do a reef with fish and mostly softies and zoaz, curently have some corals and 3 clowns will post pics from phone later

so lets do it, lets get some equipment suggestions

i get mixed reviews on the IM one, so i found a reef octopus.. i had one in my large aquarium way back

now should i look into a reactor for carbon and gfo? do they make a reactor that fitsd the chamber?

I would remove one clown before it gets murdered by the two that pair up. http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/tunze-comline-doc-skimmer-9004.html is what I think would be good. I don't think you should get either carbon, or GFO. Just the water changes would work. If you wanted a media reactor, I would make a macro algae out of this http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/minimax-midsize-all-in-one-media-reactor-innovative-marine.html (only because I know it will fit in the chamber). Some waterproof LEDS would work, or http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/jbj-nano-glo-led-refugium-light.html if you have the money.

OH, you should run chemipure blue in either the filter sock, or the media tray.
