T tosiek Senior Member Manhattan Reefs Location Greenpoint Brooklyn, NY Rating - 100% 48 0 0 Feb 16, 2009 #10 Ive been kalking and nuking them with acid. They release spores (im guessing?) like aptasia do and end up growing babies in the tank. It will work once or twice and if your lucky they won't come back.

K Killerdrgn Advanced Reefer Location Park Ridge, NJ Rating - 100% 22 0 0 Feb 16, 2009 #12 I find that kalking them to the point that they're entirely covered would prevent the release of spores. just shooting them in the mouth seems to make spores spread.
