That is a zoa eating nudi, get it out! You will need to dip all of your zoas to kill any other adults and check all polyps for eggs as the dip won't kill those.
Have any of your zoas been vanishing ?

got him out but i'm concerned thats just the one i found on the glass. And now that I look, I have noticed a thinning of Zoas on one of my rocks. The rock is too big and in place to remove for a dip.

What should I do?

Doubtful they are just on one rock..and they multiply like bunnies :(
Unless they are on the glass and you get lucky and find one, they are otherwise hard to see as they take on the color of the particular zoa they are eating, and do a lot of damage when your lights are off.

You need to figure out how to get that rock out of there, or you won't get rid of them..and eventually won't have any zoas left. Zoas are like candy to these guys and I believe the only thing they eat :(

There is no way to treat for them in the tank, dipping is the only way to kill them all off (and either scraping the eggs off, or sacrificing the polyp they are attached to.

Here are some pics of what they look like, including a pic of the eggs:

It's a relatively new tank. I only have Zoas on one BIG rock that I brought over from my old tank.
And there is a big carpet anemone attached under this rock.

A wrasse wont help?

also can pull the rock with zoa's out and do a fresh water dip, temp adjusted and ph adjusted, add a few drops of iodine, leave in for 5 minutes or so and swirl it around in the water, any others will fall off but ya might have egg's also, as states a yellow coris, melanarus, or if no flasher or fairy wrasse's a 6 line works well also
