Help! My evergrows are messed up.

I have an evergrow D120 over my biocube 29 and today when I turned them on, the white channel switch flickered and then the LEDs (on the white channel) started acting weird. At first they were very dim, even if I turned them up to 60-70 percent, they looked as if they were on 20 percent. I left then on and now they are dimming themselves/brightening themselves on their own. It's only the white channel LEDs. The lights are 3-4 months old and were purchased off of eBay, what should I do?

Contact the seller. It is either a loose wire or you might need a new driver/dimmer.

did you try pulling the plug for a few minutes and trying again?

im not 100% sure but sounds like a driver problem...

Tried it, same thing happened after I plugged it in.

make sure you contact the seller. Was there a 1 year or 2 year with it ?

What you can do is open it up and switch the drivers to see if that is the problem. However if there is a warranty contact them first so you don't void it. If you do need a part just let me know and I will get it for you.

I took out the white channel plug for 20 minutes, seems to be working fine now, if the problem returns I'll let you guys know and do what you said, thanks!
