Help... PC Bulb Wiring (W/Icecap 660)

I need help wiring my IceCap 660 Ballast to the 96Wpc bulbs. Please don't send me to icecap's webpage, as I understand that portion of it. My question is with the bulbs themselves. I need to know how to connect, for example on the first bulb, the Red-Red-Brown-Jumper to the 4 connectors on the bulb. I need to know for the bulb connection shown below.

Also, I assume that there is no top or bottom(connection wise) on the bulb.

I don't know about wiring, mine came put together ahead of time, but you may want to reconsider putting them all on the same ballast. I've got 4 pc's, half of them are actinic, and because they are all on the same ballast, they all go off or on at the same time. I don't get to do any funky dawn/dusk things. And my poor little fish freak when the light goes out. I usually scare them into their houses first now because I feel bad.
