I have a Masked butterfly which I have in my quarantine which appears to have some type of external parasite on it. I had the fish in cupramine for two weeks. It is very hard to see while the fish is in water so i took it out of water today to take a closer look. It appears to be some type of clear worm or fluke. Please let me know what this is and what the best treatment is.

Can't tell from the picture but if it's a gill fluke a fresh water bath will do the trick, just make sure the Ph and Temp match the QT, then you need to treat it. Follow the link below. Also, why are you treating with copper? You should treat any fish during QT until you know if it has something, then you need to treat with the correct medication.
