Can somebody tell if my pajama cardinal has an ick??

I have 2 ocellaris and 1 melanirus wrasse.. Hes the only 1 like this all of them look great.. Didnt really see any aggression from other fish.

It doesn't look like be has ick but he's pretty beat up!!

Not ich, but someone kicked his butt. Feed them well with vitamin enriched foods. Also try live blackworms...does wonders for busted fins.

No chance there is ammonia in the tank is there?

All parameters are good and all other fish is healthy and active .. Maybe he gets bullied when im at work.. Damn thanks guys .. Ill probably take him out or trade him.. Thanks for your insights!! I apreciate it
