So i have sold my condo as my fiance is expecting a baby in December and am in the process of looking for a house to buy but have no luck cause everything is flying of the market, the people that are buying my apt want to move in asap. I have almost 200 gallons of elos tank that i need to do something with. Either some one could help me out and hold some of my rock or honestly i have no idea what to do, i love this hobby and would feel really bad breaking everything down , anyone would like to hold the tank for me ? Anyone some suggestions or help would really be appreciated.

I went through this in 2012. I ended up breaking it down and keeping the equipment I liked the most. I'm restarting my tank soon (ended up not using my tank) and still have my skimmer, lights, sump, reactors. would be a really quick restart if I wasn't ripping out a wall.

Most importantly.... Congratulations on the baby!!!

Some people may be willing to baby sit a few things while your waiting to setup again. For me, I knew I was going to be down for awhile. so, I didn't bother with trying to keep anything or get anything back
