I Have A 220 Gallon Tank And All My Fish Are Dieing And Took My Water For Testing And Everything Was Ok I Add Some Fish A Week Ago And They Started Getting Ich Then To Days Later They Died I Have A Uv On All Day ,super Skimmer,fluval 405 , And Two Emperor 400 .they All Died On Me I Need Some One That Has Alot Of Knowlege On Fish And I For Got To Add That When They Get Ich Thebodies Of The Fish Startes To Get Cloudiy Eyes And There Fin Startes To Disaper Like Rotting A Way So If Anyone Knows How To Save My Fish Plz Call At 631 697 3140

I had an ich bout a while ago and had to completely take apart the entire tank and hospitalize the fish for a few weeks. Check the link below. It ended up working overall for me. It is very important that you get your fish some treatment immediately. I lost quite a few by fooling around with a fish trap and taking "shortcuts". You need to get all the fish out (if this is a reef tank) and treat with hyposalinity and/or copper now. I used copper which i found to work well.

copper in a qt will help,but you migt lose some while qt but i believe it will stablize the stronger fish.hypo i hear works very well but must be done over time.i think copper will be a fast solution.good luck sorry for your loss and ope that helps.never add copper to your tank.

I think putting the fish in a QT and treating with copper would be your best bet, because of how urgent it sounds.

Keep that QT running for after your fish, hopefully, get better. You'll want to QT all your fish from this point on. No need to lose your tank all over again. Hope the remaining troopers make it through.

Oh, and if they are still eating, give them garlic. Soak the food in it and then feed them. This is not at all a "cure", but does seem to help a bit. I used Kent's Garlic Xtreme

do not use copper in ur main tank... follow the advice above and it should work out for you....

How old is the tank? What kind of fish did you add and what is left?

go buy a rubbermaid and set it up as a QT. add copper there and not into your main tank. also run the uv on the rubbermaid as well. make sure you have flow and a heater and monitor your copper levels. it can kill them. personally i would QT them and use hypo salinity to help them its less stress. you hypo by dropping the salinity to a low amount gradually. not instant it will shock them and kill them maybe. YOU ALWAYS QT NEW FISH> it should be a law. this way it doesnt get into your main tank. in your main add some cleaners and neon gobies to help.

I would only treat my fish with hypo. Using copper on certain angels can ruin their digestive apparatus.

like cali, i'm also curious about the rest of the details of your tank. we would we need alot more information to help us out. with a tank of any size you really should have your own testing equipment let alone a 210G. is it a predator tank?? did you add aggressive fish?? did you research to make sure the fish you were adding were compatible with the fish in the tank?? how many new fish did you add?? how many fish did/do you have?? which have died and which are alive?? where did you get your water tested and what were the exact results?? the more details we get about your system the easier it will be to possibly find the problem and get advice for it.
