If you can identify what brand your tank is and you're able replace the top brace, it will require you to empty the tank to 'pull the glass' back into its original shape. It is possible to fix and HIGHLY recommended to do it, soon. It will only get worse and continue to deteriorate.

I broke the center support on my 45G (2ft tall) Tank in Nov. Mine was an All-Glass Tank and the replacement collar cost me $15 at Aquarium Adventures. I did have to empty/dry the tank though
