Looks great, good pics and healthy fish!!! Congrats... btw i would reposition the koralia and have it face upward or straight so as not to create thoose sand dunes. by it stiring the sand like that you are releasing the nitrogenous gas bubbles that are trapped in the sand bed and you could end up with a problem. Just my observation though.

Welcome to MR Pye. Looks like you're off to a nice start.

Based on this comment from you in your original post: "Suggestions and guidance are welcome. I just started this hobby about 3 months ago..."

I'd like to comment on your bannerfish. Those fish are extremely difficult to keep, even for an experienced hobbyist with a mature tank over 3 or 4 years old. Putting two, not even one in a tank that is three months old is asking for a one way ticket to the big aquarium in the sky. :( If you don't mind me asking, what are your Bannerfish eating?

Best of luck with your new tank. I'm crossing my fingers for those two fish. They're one of my favorites.

I originally bought 3 of them but one got stuck in the wave maker and died. They eat pretty much everything. Bloodworms, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, seaweed (green, brown and red), lettuce and even dry food.

I did a research on this fish. I wanted moorish idol but they wont survive in the closed environment.

Since i started this tank I lost one cromis and 2 clowns(coz i got the bad batch) and a algae blenny. Algae blenny got skinner and skinner and just disappeared.
