It's a built up Woodland Scenics "Grand Valley" kit including the Atlas track kit. The unbuilt kit retails for $550 and the track kit retails for $80, $630 total. Sorry no buildngs included.
The kit is built and mounted on a 4x8 sheet of plywood and has stand.
