How do I frag these

There are like 30 polyps here all growing off of a tiny disk. As you can see they are shooting upwards so that they all get light I guess and they have fully encrusted over the farg plug even the bottom. Its just a ball of palys now. Any way to frag it ? Should I just put it on another rock and them naturaly grow over ?

There are a lot of videos on You Tube about fragging. Those look like AOG palys. Pretty easy to frag.
