Is it set up like other trade shows where vendors set up tables and you walk around?

I saw that you have to bring 3 frags what happens with everyone's 3 frags? That is a lot of frags are they auctioned off?

Do you have to listen to the speakers or can you just walk around and buy stuff?

I also saw there is a donation table. I will like to donate a whitespotted bamboo shark egg will there be a tempeture control tank which the bag can float in or should I bring heat packs and styrofoam?

There are tables set up around the perimeter of the room where the vendor booths are located.

The speakers do their presentations in a nearby room, you can choose to attend the talks or not. (they are great presentations!)

Who told you that you have to bring 3 frags to attend??!! That is not true.

Yes, we have donation bins, but those often don't retain the proper temp. we do have a tank we put the corals/fish in that were donated to the Raffle and the shark egg can be put in there.

Let us know if you have more questions. :)

Will there be fish there as well?

There will be some, but not many. Corals are more the focus of the event.
Typically if people want to buy fish at the swap, they pre-order them and the vendor brings them along.

The issues with fish is dragging them around all day with you and trying to maintain the temp in the bag. Most folks bring a cooler -of some sort - with them to put their purchases in to maintain the temp.
