how fast do mushrooms grow???

i had got some blue mushrooms(more like purple) and some rad ones now my blues were about the size of a a quarter now there like a 50 cent coin.all that has been in just a little more than two weeks.so my question is whats the growth rate on these mushrooms?

Depends on the tank and the water params and the species.

all parameters are as should be 0's for ammo.trite,trates.sg 0.124,temp 78 t5.some of the blues were the same size as the reds but a couple just sprouted like nothing.

Mine always grew pretty fast. But then again I really overfeed my tank.

they expand and contract so size varies. they multiple pretty quickly.

that was something i was thinking about the expanding and contrasting but your right i started with about 5 of them now its seven and my reds i lost count.

Hmm, I need to improve my tank then. For four months, I only 3 to 5 new ones from one speices while another specie(the pretties one greenish white) disappear gradually.:headache:

When they feel like, they can expand 10X, or even more, than when they sleeping.

i dont know but every time i check in my tank there is like a new pinhead size shroom growing.crazy
