how long do shrimp live?

Google says 1-7 years depending on the species. Any ideas about how long peppermint and cleaner shrimp live?

Duke, if I had know you were sneaking over here and eating my shrimp, I would have left some cocktail sauce out!!

Seriously, the crab that I thought was eating my shrimp is not the culprit. Good thing I didn't give him to Dom as shark bait. My shrimp are still slowly disappearing. Just want to rule out life expectancy before I make myself crazy looking for other causes.

My Coral Banded I had for 5 years before my tank crashed. My cleaners I had for 3. My Blood red cleaner I have for 3.

Just want to rule out life expectancy before I make myself crazy looking for other causes.

They could be killing each other, I can't put more than 1 blood shrimp in my 90 without them killing the other off. And I can't put more than 3 cleaner shrimp without open warfare breaking out. Same with the peppermint, can't have more than 8.
