How long should i set my lights for?

I have a power compact w/ 2 actinics and 2 10k and moonlighting. how long should i set the timers for? all i have is live rock, anemone, and 3 fish.

How big is the system and what do you intend on keeping in it?

its a 46g bow. with a trigger, yellow tang, and maroon clown and liverock and anemone

IMO, the PC's aren't enough for anemone. I would HIGHLY recommend upgrading your lights if you want to keep anemones. If you decide not to keep the anemone the PCs will be fine.
