How Many Vortech pumps

I have a Mp10 and two Hydor 1050gph in my 95 Gallon Wave,

It seems the MP10 destroys the output on the Hydors not even close,

Here is the question Do you think I can get rid of the two Hydors and replace it with another MP10 or will I need a MP40, Never realized how bad the output is on the Hydors when up against the MP10

I think you would be ok with another mp10 i would hold onto the other 2 pumps incase you need em for certain select spots

Right now both Hydors are pointed into the aquascape with the MP in its traditional spot. I am thinking 2 MP10's would be fine but it seems everybody is saying to jump on a MP40, I think I can get buy with just another MP10 also but I wanted to be sure before I spend the money.

I personally think you will be ok the only advantage of have an mp40 is if u upgrade in the future you can still use it while the mp10 might not be ideal

i would go with the mp40. you'll get a wider pattern water movement. also the wet side will last longer if you're running the mp40 at 50% rather than the mp10 at 80%.
