Anyone knows where I can buy one of these or have one for sale local before ordering online?

Does one end plug into the wall? Can't tell from that angle.

This place in Flushing has something similar but it's clear from the pictures that it won't go into a wall AC outlet. Or check your local hydroponics shop.
