How much do they go for?

$165 is the cheapest online price. I paid just a little bit more than that today, and may have nabbed the last one. He said he had already sold a couple this week.

I called Foster and Smith earlier in the day, but it was going to cost $90 to overnight it!

If you can't get one tomorrow, I'd recommend some battery driven air pumps. They go for $6-$10. I've heard a suggestion of having one for every 2 feet of tank, which sounds like a good idea to me.

Another tip I heard was to mix up water before the storm, should you need to do an emergency water change (if water quality degrades while you're out of power).
