If you can't get one tomorrow, I'd recommend some battery driven air pumps. They go for $6-$10. I've heard a suggestion of having one for every 2 feet of tank, which sounds like a good idea to me.
Another tip I heard was to mix up water before the storm, should you need to do an emergency water change (if water quality degrades while you're out of power).
