Well. I dropped my phone on the kitchen floor about ten minutes ago. Yes, it has a case on it, but the fall was about 4 feet. :dead1:

The screen will not turn on. The button to mute the phone works, and it makes a vibration and noise when I turn the sounds on. I've tried holding the power button to turn the phone off, touched the screen, etc but haven't had any luck.

Anyone experience this before?

....I hate these damn smart phones! :screama:

Thanks Jimmy.

It's the 4s. I tried that once and it did nothing...

EDIT: The THIRD time looks like it worked. :D

(I still hate smartphones lately, though).

Glad you got it goin man. If need be and you have to have it repaired I have a 4 here you can borrow if you have Verizon. I spilled pvc primer on it at a job but the screen functions perfectly with a purple hue lol.

:lol2: Thanks for the offer Jimmy.

The phone is about one year old and I don't have apple care on it.
My wife has an iPhone 4 and her contract is up, so if the phone starts to go bad we can just buy her the iPhone 5 and ill use hers.
