Not much to say I was bored and I decided to experiment & give it a shot .

1st pic was on Monday
2nd pic Took it just now

The soda bottle has tigger pods in it still alive. The other one just phytoplankton.

Well my goal here is to TRY to save money.
I keep buying tigger and phytoplankton from LRS.
I saw people were able to do it, so I decided, I got the time now staying at home let me give it a shot and see what happens.

So far thing are looking ok I guess.
Just using a led for lighting and let it run.

With the phyto I did start small, where the red line is mark, then I just kept adding water to the point where it is now, and added fritz F/2 part a,b

The tigger I don’t know what’s going on in there BUT they still living
I add some phyto with F/2 and that it really

I started it Monday and this is where it at today

If there something I should change, lmk I’m with it.

A lot of manual work and constant attention every few days. Isnt a long term ideal diy kind of thing, imo. I've done it in the past for 1-2 months.
