Well I get to join the ranks of the B.I.C.B's (blown ice cap ballasts) Mine went the other day but kept forgetting to switch the pendant the bad one was powering, finally remembered yesterday- the other ballast fired my bulb in the pendant that I switched so my other is definately blown:irked:. I still have my other one so Im good to go but have to mail this thing back....oh well s$%# happens

Well good luck getting a replacement in a timely fashion. I think I'm going to end up calling their sales department and asking them if they have ballasts in stock so I can get my new one already

I hear ya I only have a 65 and have had 2 250 Watters so the one will do just fine until I get a replacement. Just stinks to have to have it happen, but best of luck to everyone thats having this go on getting squared away. Hopefully the company does ok by us in the end-and hopefully now that somethings broke theyll be sure to fix that
 
So just to keep you guys up-to-date, after almost 2 months, I still have not received a new ballast. Guess that stock never came in, wonder how IceCap makes any business...but anyways, I just called and they said they got some today and they're going to hand it to their shipping department so I can get it. Definitely the worst customer service ever.
