Ich in established tank

I have ich in my tank , tank running 1 year . There's 14 fish in my 90 gal tank
Don't have a quarantine tank and if I go buy one it would have to be pretty big
Have not added anything new in at least 5 months . I think temperature changed
Cause out break . There are corals and inverts in tank . What can I do ?

If they are eating well. Just keep them well fed. They will Overcome it. IMO

In that case, BAA is right. If some die, they die. Nothing you can do short of catching them and QT them. Which would stress them out even more.

Just sit and wait. You can always buy new fish.
