ID. On my rocks & frag plugs

There a pain in the butt. There little white feather dusters with white tubes. There on my frag plugs, and growing on the corals and frags and look like there srangling them. Do i need to get rid of them and if so how?

Unless ur corals seem affected, id leave them, theyre just filter feeders
