The best way is to take the rock out of the tank and scrape it off, then rinse the rock off really good. If you can't remove the rock then Joe's Juice or a Kalk paste through a syringe will work but once they're in your tank they're very hard to remove. A file fish or a Copperband Butterfly will also eat them.

Yeah I'm so upset I'm new to the hobby all was going well I bought a frag pack off some a!@ hole and now I have aiptasia , well live and learn
