Identify disease

I just bought two anthias on Saturday and both died today with these markings. Anyone know what it could be? I currently have a 2 inch hippo, 2 occelaris clowns, a mystery wrasse and a mandarin. All have been very healthy. Also I don't quarantine before I'm asked. Thanks for the help.

Did u notice any bullying by the clowns? Iys looks like it was beat up

No they all seemed to get along fine, both anthias had the same markings in the same spot today, didn't notice anything until today.

I was thinking that, is it contagious or should my other fish be fine?
