i'm back

Hi! Swimmer:

it's a good problem because reef tanks are beautiful but when I had my 120RR tank the amount of maintenance & money was just too much. When I shut down the tank 1.5 yrs ago my electrical bill went down almost $200 a month!!! I know that this 12 gal nano is a temporary tank & I will get into a larger tank but not bigger than a 75 gal. If I did not come back to this site as an observer I probably wouldn't have the 12 gal nano.

p.s. are those small blue striped pipe fish hard to get?

Danny, African Blue Striped Pipefish do come along ocassionally. They are a difficult fish to keep. They should only be introduced to a very mature and established tank. A 12 gallon tank is small for it as they can grow up to 8".

Sorry for the lecture, I just want to be sure you know the specifics of this beautiful fish.
