Instant Ocean water conditioner

The other day I did a small water change and use some of the new instant Ocean product I got from the frag swap within two minutes of me using the water conditioner all my exinas started having bad reactions my zoas closed and two of my shrimps died within 15 minutes has anybody Else encountered this problem besides me and my brother

PS if anybody has an abundance of pulsing exinas they feel like cutting and giving away I wouldn't mind taking some off your hands also willing to pay I know they're cheap but they're one of my favorite animated corals

How much of each product did you use?
What size is your tank?

Do you use ro or ro/di water? If so, why would you use the water conditioner?

Used as instructed by label & 20% water change

Did you mix it with your water change or did you just pour it directly into your tank?

I did both Water conditioner in the water buckets marine stabilizer in the tank

I want to do a water change to slowly dilute the tank And get those chemicals out any recommendations?

Also - what were your calcium levels before and after the water change?

Salinity before & after?

All parameters were good but salinity was on the highside brought down within range

Side note: My brother also experienced the same problem took over 40 gallons of water being changed in a 90 gallon tank for things to start coming back after two days But he still took a loss and other corals like zoas didn't open back up yet.
