iPhone 4 safari issue

For some reason when I visit MR with safari on my iPhone 4, it only allows the mobile version of the site to appear' which wouldn't be a problem if the mobile version was working. But when I click on "normal version" it just reloads the mobile version of the site rather than taking me to the desktop version like it's supposed to. I've played with all the settings in safari and i don't think it's anything on my end.

Any one with the same problem?

Did you try clearing the cache and hard resetting.

Yes it's not a hardware issue.

Yup. Same issue. TGF apps.

Haven't hard reset but did try cache clearing and didn't do anything.

Definitely a site issue. Not something with the phone.

The MR app is also not to great. Sometimes out of no where it just stops loading posts when I tap on them and I have to reinstall the app to get it to work again.

Thank god for jailbreakig and Tapatalk, def the best forum reader out there.
