thanks for ur reply earlyer,take a look at this picture and let me know if its too closely stacked,i would hate to have to take it apart,but if it has to be done it has to be done(will it be okay to change the rock around at this stage?i think the cycle is nearly done,i dont wanna move all the bacteria away from where its settled)
my results are as follows:
AMM 0.0 MG/L
NITRITE 0.3-0.8 MG/L
NITRATE 110 MG/L

(is mg/l the same as ppm?)
do u reckon its nearly cycled

It's not cycled yet; the nitrite level should read zero, and you have far too high a concentration of nitrates. When the cycle is complete do a major water change with ro/di water.
mg/l and ppm is essentially the same for all practical purposes.
