Is this glue reef safe?

I found this glue and was wondering if it was reef safe. I assume its pretty old but it's all I have at the moment and I need to glue something down.

"Cyanocrylate adhesive": no problems with that.

Note that if it is not the gel version, it will be harder to use.

I'm going to glue it out of water, dry the rock, and keep it out for a few minutes and that should keep the mushroom frag where I want it.

I would doubt it! Almost impossible to glue mushrooms

For softies, gel will be preferred, and in fact it is not that great either.

I used to just attach them as close to the rock as possible with a piece of cooking string, then when the coral attaches itself to the rock, remove that.

If you want to attached a mushroom to a rock it's best to put the mushroom in a container with some rock rubble, eventually it will attach and then you can place it on the rock or sand bed in your tank.

The mushroom is already attached to a tiny peice of rock, I'm gluing the tiny rock to a larger rock.
