Korallin Ca Reactor valves

Well those darn orange valves on the Korallin Ca Reactor are crap. one leaks and the other for the vent still drips when shut.

Anyone have a better valve they are using?

John Guest valves are top notch. Marine Depot sells them too if you prefer to use this vendor.

Check your local HD or Lowes for the jg vavlves. they're about $6 with no shipping.

Will they work with non rigid tubing like on the reactor?

Ah. You may have to get some semi-rigid tubing (not expensive) if you want to use JG. It won't hold on to soft tubing.

Yea I use those valves alot. It never occurred to change out the lines.
