LFS that sells ATI Bulbs in nyc?

I'm looking to get one ATI Aquablue special. I wanted to change my bulb setup and every online store seems to require atleast a 2 bulb minimum or will charge extra shipping fee.

Is there a store around that actually sells ATI bulbs?
