lighting for a 30" tank

hey peps i want to know what would be excellent lighting for my tank.im thinking of having sps and lps.i have t5 now but i know it wont work for what i am planning to do

why wont it work ? if you mean for sps t5's are more than enuff, how many bulbs is it and is it a retro ?

T-5, depending onyour setup should be more than enough for SPS of all sorts.

< had 4 bulb plus vho on my 50g breeder and could keep any species of sps. it's more than just light as you know though

I am a big supporter of MH lighting but for your tank t5 is fine. And if you find that there is a problem keeping the corals you want to keep you could always upgrade.
