Lighting question and possible upgrade...

Hello all, to make a long story short, I am moving and my tank is going along for the ride. It's a 90g rr. I currently have the Orbit Extreme 520wt PC light with the tank sitting in a bay window that gets a ton of direct sunlight for about 4-5 hrs during the morning. The house we purchased doesn't have such a place for the tank. I have read a lot here and everyone seems to say T5's would be a better option for me since MH's aren't one right now. I was thinking of going with this:

of course the 432wt w/lunar lights.

In your MR's expertise, is that a good option or is there something better by way of T5's?

I would look for a fixture with individual reflectors instead of one large reflector for all the bulbs. Single reflectors are really what make the t-5's as good as they are.

he reason people are so successful with t5's is because they use individual parabolic reflectors for each bulb. They direct the light into the tank.

so this fixture would be a much better option since it has individual reflectors? even though it has less watts? would this also be better than my current lights:
