Lighting Recommendation for a 140G Oceanic

As you know, recently I have purchase a 140G Oceanic.
Here is the dimension of the tank:
L 48.5 x W 24.5 x H 29

I've been contemplating which lights to buy or what would be appropiated for this tank. Just picking your brain to see if we have similiar thoughts.

Before you make a expert suggestion, here are three things to consider.
1) This will be an all mix reef, softies, LPS but a greater amout of SPS.
2) Do not want metal halides
3) I have a canopy.

I been looking at the PFO Solaris $2700 and the Aquactinics Constellation $840 which I had previously on a 90 Gallon. Price is important to me, I think $2700 is too much. I am open for your feedback.

lights are one of many things... personally I would do halides for sps... lps and softies can do with out the intense lights but havent seen "many" tanks housing SPS with great success with out halides

Fans in the canopy will help with the temp but you will almost 100% need a chiller with halides

SPS wont thrive without the halides, T5's will do if you cover every inch of the tank and keep it as low to the water as possible. They will keep all other corals happy except for SPS and Clams.

I think Metal Halides vs T5's is a user preferences! I had the Aquactinics Constellation which is a T5's rather a T7's (since it has 7 bulbs). My SPS did marvelous with this lighting.

Johnny with the height of the tank I would go with 2 250W halide pendants if there is no center brace use 3 and then supplement with actinics and moonlights.

Brandon, I don't want to use Metal halides..electricity! I had the Aquactinics Constellation on a previous 90, SPS did marvelous.
