Lighting suggestion for a FOWLR tank

Hey guys I would like advice on lighting for a FOWLR tank. It's a 110 gallon tank (48X22X24 i believe) Have a canopy so I'm concerned about heat. Have been thinking about LED's. Can you I go with LED strips like Ecoxotic Panorama or Stunners? Will that be enough? It will be fish only. Thanks.

Do you have the LED fixture or the strips?

Since your tank is 48 in long you can probably get away with the 120 or 100 watt fixture my tank is 8 ft

For FOWLR tank I think RGB independently dimmable LED would be best as you can tune into any color you want. For example, if you red color fish say Flame angel, a dash of green will show the color real good.

Led will dif. help with heating issue. if you are concern with heat, you can always drill the canopy and install a cost efficient fan. Also, fish don' require intense lighting.
