Live Rock with Mushrooms, Kenya Tree

I am moving across the country and can't take my tank with me, sadly.

I have live rock, nice and purple, many with attached mushrooms (green with lavender edges depending on the lighting)
and a nice healthy large Kenya Tree. Some LR without coral.

Also have large amount of cheato and some decorative red kelp

bacteria surface area, well established, I am sorry I cannot remember the name of it--free
Live sand--with tiny star fish, tine brittle star and plenty of bacteria, siphoned every two weeks for years--free
