Lobster???

Guys/gals! Anyone know about the safety of moving a lobster that has recently molted? I am suppose to pick up this little guy tomorrow, but I've been informed that he molted just last night. Neither the seller, nor I want to do anything to harm this little guy. So please can someone tells us what is the recommended time to move him from one set up to another!!!:scratchch

I would wait until the lobster :lobster: resumes its normal activity. Otherwise, it's hiding till it feels it is safe.

Thanks Dean! I had a feeling that the lobster will be hiding out, and won't be coming out to be captured anyway. I tried to find answers on wetwebmedia.com, with no success.

Doesn't the new shell hardens in couple hours after they molt?

Dean, not to worry! I had changed my mind about the lobster due to the fact that have many fish that sleep in the rocks.
