looking for 70/150 watt MH/T5/LED fixture

looking for a 70/150 watt Mh a clip on(viper) or sunpod( still existent?). Or possibly a small t5 fixture under 20 inches preferably a quad bulb or retrofit. maybe led if the fixture is reasonably priced or if you have some spare led parts lying around that I can put together.
